you try to keep things because you’re afraid that it’ll never happen again. i wonder what taught us that there is only one thing, one chance, one person —- we change constantly, the possibilities are endless, but everything doesn’t fall off into the end of the world. With the discovery that the world was round, why do we still hold on to things as if letting go would mean falling into oblivion?

trust. why are we never taught what it means to trust?
